DIY bow

What a nice feeling it is to wake up early and curl up with a book. It's so cold here in WA ugh and only 2 more days till school! :D So I just got 2 packets of felt and a packet of glitter tubes. I decided to make some hair bows out of it here are results and the steps: 

Materials:

Felt

Scissors

Hair clip/ bobby pin

Clear PVA glue or clear nail polish

Tape

Steps:

1. Fold the felt once and secure the ends with tape.

2. Push down the felt so that it's flat and draw a shape of half a bow like a triangle without the top on the felt.

3. After that cut out the shape and it should reveal a bow.

4. Cover the entire shape with clear PVA glue  and sprinkle lots of glitter on it. 

5. Cut out a strip of felt from another piece of felt and wrap it around the middle of the bow. Slightly make it tight so that creases should show up like in the picture. Tape the strip at the back.

6. Cover the strip with PVA glue and sprinkle glitter on.

7. Slip the back of the strip into a bobby pin or hair clip.

8. Result done! If you want make it with multicolour.
